really nice neighborhood, nice furnishing inside the rooms. would have liked a door to the bedroom area as it felt pretty exposed to the front door. some kind of non-slip in the shower would have been good too as the tile was so slippery

Loved our trip staying with Kasa. Easy check in. Clean and quaint room. Everything needed in kitchenette. Only qualm is the water pressure in the shower but I can easily overlook that. Excellent location and close to lots of things to do and see in Asheville. Definitely will be staying at a Kasa location again.

Like many travelers our flight to Asheville was canceled due to the global Crowdstrike incident. We were unable to get to Asheville. I contacted Kasa immediately and was told they have a strict no refund policy. Despite their emails and texts telling me how important my feedback is and how much they care, they don’t. At all. They would not offer any concession or refund. The airlines at least tried to help. Kasa won’t. This would have been my first stay at Kasa and it is absolutely my last booking with them.

With a brownstone-like vibe, it's a great little spot with individual character.... Very clean & central to many Asheville icons, also. Be prepared for the fact that there are no elevators as it is an older building. So, if you happen to get a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, you will burn a few calories. I love that it is keyless entry both to the main door and to the room. My room was on the 3rd floor, but it was nice, because the view looked more into the treetops. As for the view, in general it's not exactly a great.... facing the highway on one side of the building, & the parking lot on the other, but I didn't mind. I did mind how loud the passing cars are even though the highway was some distance away. They provide a couple of sets of earplugs, and a sound machine which helped. However, if you're sensitive to sound, just be aware. Also, while each room does have a small kitchenette with a small fridge, there is no freezer or ice provision. I would hope that someday they would put at least one ice machine and possibly even a water refill machine on one of the floors. Also, it would be nice if they offered recycling. They were great with communication. One last note though is that they appear to be quite strict about late check out. I tend to get at least a noon, if not later check out at almost every hotel I've stayed at for years, and they were very firm about the 11. That may be the only thing that would hold me back from staying there again.

Clean, cute, plenty of space. A short drive to everything in Asheville. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was quiet, very clean and the decor was beautiful. We will definitely use Kasa again.
