Located in Thamel close to many tourist shops, restaurants etc. Booked a private room which was spacious with en suite bathroom and balcony which had afternoon sun. Some noise from the dorm room next door to be expected. Friendly staff.

All perfect! Very central thamel position, at the same time very quiet. Amazing view from the roof top. The staff is super kind and nice, they help you with everything you need (info, trips, treks, airport transfer… or simply a nice chat!). Thank you very much. We will come back! Namaste

Basic and friendly place. Perfect for the price.

Beds are very comfortable with nice warm blankets and a personal power outlet at each bed in the dormitory. Bathroom with a hot shower is very nice. No ac in the room but it doesn't need it. Location is fantastic. It's right on the edge of touristy Thamel and authentic Nepalese cultural Thamel so super convenient for buy trekking stuff you still need, which I needed a bunch, and authentic Nepalese culture to experience the real way of living in Kathmandu. Obviously more expensive in the tourity part and of course much nicer but I like the authentic Nepalese cultural area where you get to experience real life in Kathmandu and at a much cheaper cost. I love the Samosas at rs30 each and Momo for rs100, vegetarian, rs120 for meat, buf. Easy to find with a sign visible from the street. The you have to walk through a little alley to get to the hostel. Free drinking water. Free storage of your stuff while you're on your Trek. Great price and value for your money.

You could be on a high floor. I was on the 5th floor but good training for trekking.

I went to the location to see the room and then made the booking. I sent a message to the staff to confirm my quiet room. They sent a reply to confirm. When I arrived, they did not give me the agreed room. Very un professional. There was no curtain on the bathroom window. There was lots of noise from the lobby.

A perfect stay! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. Located in the heart of Thamel! Highly recommend!

If you want to stay in Thamel for cheap it's a good place. Very friendly staff. They organize pickup from the airport for 7 usd and arriving at 2:30 am was no problem.
