They really care about offering a good service. Here you find confortable beds, spacious rooms and lockers, cleanness and nice staff. There's a good structure in a good location.

Great location. 15 minutes walk to Durbar Square. Close to restaurants and shops. Provide airport pick-up service. Quite friendly for those who just arrived. Helpful staff. Always love to help.

Excellent value. The hotel is well placed in Thamel, slightly off the road so it's a bit quieter. The room is good, large and comfy bed, and the shower very hot, which is great in winter! The staff is nice and helpful.

Many stairs if your room is up (I didn't mind but some with heavy backpacks might). Internet is not great and pretty unstable. Noisy people in the dorm when we were here (but that's just unfortunate)

No hot showers. The room was cold.

I stayed in a bunch of hotels and airbnb in Nepal before (mostly Kathmandu) and Napalaya beats all of them head down. The room was squeaky clean and fresh, furniture looked new, functional set up, bathroom absolutely lovely( trust me on that on the strength of my Nepalese experience). Staff friendly, and professional. Had my own balcony on to of that! View wasn’t exactly Pokhara lake but it was quiet as not facing the street— massive bonus!

Could do with a cup or two for water.

For the price, I just can't complain! The basics were just alright...and the location is awesome.....If you care for more, be willing to pay more ! 😁
