"Exceptional"

This is an outstanding new Hotel, and I will be happy to stay here again when I return to Kathmandu! The rooms are comfortable, the staff extremely welcoming, polite and courteous, and the food wonderful. I especially enjoyed the breakfast.

The location, the rooms are really well done, The front desk teams and house keeping teams are excellent.

Had a terrible experience at the Soi restaurant. They 2 tables occupied and had about 10-12 staff members to serve guests, made a mess of the service and the experience, Dinner order was taken then 20 minutes into the service I was informed that 1 main course dish isn’t available, I was asked to choose another, then they served me 1 main course dish and I asked for drink and they completely forgot about it. The second main course came another 25 minutes latter. I was surprised that they couldn’t handle 2 tables, what would they do with fully occupied restaurant.
