"Great staff, lovely facilities, peace and comfort in the heart of Kathmandu"

Very helpful and welcoming staff, great breakfast, lovey new and clean facilities. Pool with nice view of city. Spa and gym was a plus. Special thanks to Suresh and Nisha at the reception and Nima at the restaurant

The steam room was out of service when we stayed but it was only a minor inconvenience. Our stay was otherwise great

All is well except few outrageous part that needs attention, and here are what I like and dislike, Mr Kharel, Mrs Rai and all staff were really helpful , however Bar and food pricing part was a bit puzzling. When you order burger , you don’t pay Pattie’s, salad and bun individually, likewise with beverages , all comes in one package combo or one needs to pay random price individually? Btw stay was fun.. except BOT. Hope this will get fixed in future.. other than that all is magnificent. Hospitality part is top notch!!!
