Exceptional Sunday lunch, the best I’ve ever had. Whoever wrote otherwise was mistaken. Very dog friendly 🐶 we were upgraded to the room with a hot tub for free so added bonus and lots of fun. Breakfast also amazing and really friendly staff. Couldn’t fault anything.

Only thing was our room didn’t have a bin but we just improvised with a poo bag 😂😂😂

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Landlord and Wonderful Stay I had an amazing experience living here! The landlord was the most considerate and responsive landlord I’ve ever had. From day one, they made sure everything in the property was spotless and in perfect working order. Any small issue that came up was handled quickly and professionally, and they always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The property itself was well maintained, peaceful, and felt like home. You can tell they genuinely care about their tenants and take pride in providing a high standard of accommodation. I’m genuinely grateful for how well I was looked after during my stay — it made such a difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend dog and castle to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and professional experience I have never been treated this well staying away for work big thank you to dog And castle for looking after me.

Love this place...quirky, friendly, and down to earth. I stay here whenever I'm local for work and the staff remembered me like a friend and even upgraded my room to the one with a jacuzzi. After a difficult day, it was such a welcome surprise. The food here is amazing and I always enjoy my visit.
