This should not be called a hotel. It is like students accommodation. There is no bell man/ trolly boy. The elevators are very crowded since the building is shared with local residents. The reception staff are not helpful and poor management is clear.

"Poor quality hotel for what am paying for"

1- the wifi it is so so bad 2- the pool is cold that i didnt use it 3- the tv’s not working 4- washing machine not working 5- i changed a room after the 1 st night because the air conditioning wasn’t working
