"Comfortable stay with a great location in Batumi"

The hotel had a great location close to the sea and many attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. We especially appreciated the beautiful city view and the comfortable atmosphere during our stay

The room cleaning could be improved, as the floors were not properly swept or washed during our stay. Also, although the property was advertised as having cooking facilities, some essential kitchen tools and equipment were missing, which made cooking inconvenient. Another issue was the shower area — the floor was not properly sloped toward the drain, so water would collect and remain on the bathroom floor after showering, which was uncomfortable.
