The location and interior

Elevator not functioning well. We had water leaking from heating, no hot water until they came to fix, no heating until they came to fix, dishwasher not fixed, plug in kitchen not fixed, only 1 steelpan of which steel was falling of even after it had been fixed, no instructions for tv ( and complicated!), door of bedroom not closing, clunch of bathroom not well fixed, tray for books and other small decoration not fixed, almost no garbage bags and no instructions for garbage deposit. Picture you show is not same as the room we were in. We were promised a small compensation i still have not received after 20 days although it was promised between 7 and 12 days. Customer service handled us as a number and there were no real apologies but always promises that things would be corrected. The point is that for what we paid everything should have been correct and functioning.

The main photos you see on booking seems to be for a large apartment with great windows , a balcony, lovely decoration, last floor with great view, etc - in fact our apartment was on the first floor with no view and completely different from the fotos… a perfect illusion. The building is in a quiet road, but the flat is noisy with windows that do not isolate noise well - you can hear people talking in the street very distinctly and the wind, oh the wind was a symphony, especially during the nights. All main doors in the building are very old and make a loud noise. Some issues with my reservation…

Quiet neighborhood with excellent diner options nearby. Metro station just in the corner. Quality-price equation very convenient. I would return to this apartment, definetively.

This was a very nice apartment in a very nice neighborhood! The apartment was clean and had a nice amount of space, so we could spread out as a family with children. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was a luxury! The only thing I didn't like is how the outside entryway was so dark. It would be much nicer if it were better lit. Still, it is a nice place in good condition and conveniently located.

Great location, so close to the metro (line 5) with easy access to major locations. About 8 minutes walking to Calle Lagasca and other shopping streets. The windows do a good job of keeping the noise out. Stayed 6 nights and was pleasantly surprised to have the apartment cleaned after 3 nights. Would definitely stay here again.

Did not find fault with anything.
