All Seasons Boutique Hotel - Jerusalem

Fantastic location, great hotel, hospitality is great. Clean room, very spacious. Location is a 2 min walk from the old city. Perfect, really happy, value for money. Will miss this place and can’t wait to be back.

Cuando no abren el restaurante todo está oscuro. No hay alguien en recepción 24 horas sino una cantidad limitada de horas al día. La calefacción no es muy eficiente en la habitación, así que solicitamos cobijas adicionales y nos dieron unos edredones sucios o manchados.

Everything else. Room mouldy, smelt of smoke, cigarette burns on the chair, condensation on the windows, dirty veranda, carpet had clearly not been vacuumed.

My room was facing the terrace of the restaurant. Same workers as in the hotel. Loud music until eleven then half past eleven they pulled out the leaf blower. At least they stopped when I requested. I could not let daylight in my room cause the whole restaurant was in front of my window. I did never get new towels. The coffee you order comes after half an hour and is cold. These people don’t care about their customers. Also: pictures of the smurfs on the wall. If you know you know.
