Очень старый и обшарпанный номер. Постель пахла чисто, но была вся в волосах, я 20 минут снимала кучу волос с нашей постели. Постоянно дуло, и в душе лежал грязный коврик, за пределы душа выливалась вода и весь пол был в воде!

Destul de frig in camera, probabil din cauza izolatiei proaste. Foarte mult zgomot in camera seara, de la muzica restaurantului din curtea hotelului.

I stayed 8 nights in a single room (non-refundable rate of 1,505.52 NIS without breakfast included), benefiting from Booking discounts for my user level, and the value for money deserves a solid 8/10. Although I booked a single, I was assigned a comfortable twin room with a small fridge, carpeted floor, and faithful to the website photos; multiple WiFi networks available, including the hotel's own. The best part is the location within the complex featuring the Faay restaurant-terrace: super pleasant nighttime atmosphere and tasty food at affordable prices. Housekeeping was efficient daily (trash, towels, hand soap/shower gel replenished), and a minor issue with window blinds (no pull and stuck down) was fixed in under 24 hours.

Staff visibility at reception was limited; I rarely saw anyone and am unsure what would happen if I needed a new room key. The bathroom shower screen is not well-sealed, causing water leaks onto the floor during longer showers (I used all provided towels, which were fully replaced the next day). No hairdryer in the room (didn't ask if available), and daily housekeeping didn't remake the bed or tidy like the first day.

The room was provided with everything needed including electric kettle, small fridge, tv, ac and heating, toiletries. The neighbourhood had some construction but the night is quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful, keep everything clean and cozy. Its newly made hotel so everything is improving every day!

La situation à 5 minutes de la Porte d'Hérode le jardin et le petit restaurant au-dessous le calme ambiant la musique de fond du restaurant et très modéré. Absence de médecine à proximité. La décoration du hall d'escalier avec trois fois le même tableau !

Absence de drap housse: les draps sont trop courts pour le lit, tout comme la couette qui fait penser à une auberge de jeunesse. Cela a déjà été signalé et ne coûterait pas cher au gérant de l'hôtel. Wi-Fi qui ne fonctionnait pas bien

It was a perfect location for visiting the old city. The restaurant in the garden was beautiful with excellent food. Highly recommended.

There was some repairs at the reception level which looked disorganized and dusty.
