Clean and cozy

I liked the atmosphere. Its close to the old city.

素敵なレストランが併設されていて、雰囲気がとても良いです。 東エルサレムの落ち着いたエリアに位置していますが、徒歩圏内にお店はなんでもあります。

部屋の窓の半分くらいが開けられなかった。シャッターが下りたままで、シャッターの上げ下げができなかった。なので部屋の中が暗め

Within walking distance of many of the attractions I wanted to visit. Also lots of little grocery shops to stock up at.

Close to attractions and shops for groceries.

AC works, no doubt. The host is realy there for swift contact. Not far from the old town.

The night I moved in I was tired and simply dropped down into the bed, expecting all should be fine. Only on the next day have I discoverd stains on the linen of either blood or shit, hell knows. I contacted the host and had to listen to a myriad of questions: when I discoverd this crappy sheets, why I did not say anything the previous day etc. In the end, the linen was changed, still it might be better for the host to simply learn how to apologise for such blunders and take action. Right under the windows there's a veneu for karaoke and parties. Truth to speak, they were mostly over by 11 p.m., still, no guarantee they can run through the whole night, or that you want to go to bed early and have to listen to VERY VERY loud arabic music. The cleaning of the room is a bit controversial. The host claims it happens daily, which is definately (in part of cleaning) not true. However, when cleaning happens, even the table is cleaned. So little things that can look worthless (small pieces of paper etc), but are needed to you, may disappear. Not a disaster, but odd practice. Another odd practice is turning the AC on by the staff. I turn it off, as the climate is mild and I simply dont need it. I return in the evening to see the AC working on and on again, obviously running through the day's top heat. Again, not a disaster, but odd wasteful practice.
