Did see roaches outside of the room but never in the room/ apartment.

Nothing no tv internet frigates freezer nothing but a block of ice 1st room broken fridge said 1-2 hours to fix I said oh no. 3 room was still occupied hello

Nothing it’s being tore down what I said in the first block was to be in this block the staff lied to us and didn’t care everything was dirty toilets poop on asked for cleaning supplies they just looked at you like what blood on the blanket I c/o we couldn’t plug in the oxygen tank because it kept blowing the fuse. All they kept telling us 3rd party and needed to contact you folks 2 with copd severe lung problems so want my money back we couldn’t even move cause my money was tied up

Rooms are just run down and not updated. Worked in a pinch. But not for the money they charged

When I book this room with two twin beds and queen bed, having a pullout sofa, I paid $30 more than typical room sleep four. The picture showed was having kitchen counter, stove like a kitchenette. But as I checked in, only get a room with two queen and full out sofa. Small refrigerator and microwave. My grand daughter did not come with us, so it was manageable. The hotel.com should refund me with the credit as they should honor the booking with its description.

The bed was not clean they were bedbugs
