Hotel in severe need of updating. Everything in room was pre 1980. Entire property poorly maintained. Housekeeping nonexistent or poor at best. However, staff was polite and courteous. Only 10 steps from room to boardwalk and beach.

"location is only good here"

the only plus for this place is the location.

the apartment was horrible, the 1 bathroom we had to use most of our towels for the toilet leaking we even had to ask for more towels to put around the toilet. It was leaking so bad reported it 2 times they never brought maintenance up to fix it, we had to ask for toilet paper and change three of our beds that were never changed. The worst part was the security.Both doors were easy just to pop open with a card. We had multiple people trying to open the bottom Door that didn't even lock Going out to the boardwalk. very outdated porches feel like they are leaning. they need to clean

The manager was nice and location

Ants everywhere. The toilet or ac didnt work. As soon as I checked in my credit got a 200 dollar charge from. The tic tock shop and a 300 dollar charge at a shoe store from Salisbury maryland
