Not a thing..except the it was beachfront.

Everything! The smell and appearance of mold, ripped furniture, white stains on ALL of the furniture and bedding, front door lock broken, back door lock was broken (looked like someone broke in before) there were mice in the apartment that ate through our food, all of the cooking utensils were not clean, fire alarms were not attached, rugs were absolutely disgusting stains all over them and they were sticky, every blind in the windows were broke, food left in refrigerator and under the couch. Beds were broken, and you felt every spring in them..I went downstairs and told the guy at the desk and his response was “I’m sorry, you’ll have to speak to the manager tomorrow at 10am” I went down the next day and there was a different guy at the desk who told me the manager wasn’t in..THIS PLACE IS FAR FROM WHAT IS SHOWN ON BOOKING!

Hotel is old, my recommendation is remodeling the whole place

Please avoid staying here. Overall disgusting and has a HORRIBLE smell. We stayed in an apartment that was three bedrooms and one bathroom. We originally booked it for two bathrooms. The one single bathroom we had, was dirty and the tub was clogged. I went to the office and the man at the front was disrespectful and had a nasty tone. The kitchen wasn’t even cleaned well, the fames to the bed were broken, the doors looked like they were going to fall off, the blinds didn’t even work correctly. This was truly the WORST place I have stayed in at Ocean City. Truly regret booking this place.

The property was in decent condition and right on the boardwalk. Some things in the room could use a little updating, but overall, it was pretty decent for a 100 year motel. I would definitely recommend.

Me gustó el espacio. Mi familia y yo lo disfrutamos mucho usamos mucho la terraza donde estaba el TV mirábamos al mar y también la ubicación hacia el mar era cerca.

Lo único que no me gustó era que los baños no funcionaban bien. El de abajo estaba cerrado, teníamos que subir hasta arriba para usar alguno. El otro no funcionaba para bañarse siempre que lo encendíamos salpicaba todo el agua hasta afuera mojando todo y cuando se cerraba no cerraba bien. El otro funcionaba lo único que no tenía para ponerle llave fácilmente podía meterse alguien. En si ningún cuarto tiene para ponerle llave. Las gradas tronaban mucho cuando uno se paraba y también en los cuartos.

I love the nostalgia about the majestic being 100 yrs old but it might have been the worst place I have ever stayed at. Ask for room service didn’t do my room whole stay. Walls had holes, air conditioner hanging out of wall with a 2” gap to the outside. Everything was just old with no upgrades. I get they are tearing it down in October but let people know the pictures shown are nothing how it looks now. Location was great but nothing else except the lady who checked me in was good about this hotel. Even the help was not very good. Several times the front desk was un manned with signs saying be right back and over an hour later they appeared. Very sad what a hotel of that caliber use to be and the joy it brand to many has been let slip into this sadness.

This property is mad dirty and they don’t wash the single folding bed . It has bed bugs. Sink were clogged and rented to us. Also door handle came out . Most importantly it shows you would get the room beach view house floor with balcony. But, they will assign you a private house a block away in the 2nd floor. This is worst place i have ever stayed.
