Location is good, directly at Bardstown Road, which is not downtown but still a busy and trending street. Room was spacious enough, though I would never call it a suite. Key Codes to get to through the main entrance and room door worked perfectly. Restaurants, Cafés, etc close by.

I booked a suite and it was just a normal kingsize bed room, spacious enough but nothing like a suite. No desk to work on, no table nothing. Just two armchairs, TV and Bed. And a Kitchen sink with a microwave, a bit unnecessary since no cooking is possible. I raised the question where I can work without having any table or desk, which was answered I can do that in the lounge area in 2nd level - which is a nice room, just like a lobby, but with booking a suite i expect some room to work in my room, a lot of suites can even host some colleagues on couches/tables inside the room - not this one. I had several cleanliness issues (old band-aid laying on the armchair, a cockroach in the bathroom, some brown piece on the bathroom floor next to the toilet - like p**!), i texted them in the morning, they said they gonna send somebody to clean. After work in the afternoon i went back to my room, nothing was cleaned. I took a quick shower and leaving again, in that time it knocked on the door, I said give me a minute, then opened and nobody was there. And, nobody ever returned during my 4 nights stay, nobody ever came cleaning, which is ridiculous. So, if they would promote it the right way (not as a suite), lower the price and keep it clean, i would recommend since i like the no personell thing kinda - but they did not make any effort of making me satisfied, so I will not come back.

Unique place, easy to get in and lots to do nearby. The adjacent restaurant, M. Peppers was great. Very classic vibe, nicely decorated.

Room was very clean. It was spacious and modern. Would have added a couple of wine glasses or similar instead of plastic.

A wonderful experience. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and smell so nice. They are so crisp and clean and the beds are so comfortable. The set up is streamlined and so thoughtful to guests. Will def be back!
