The service was on the lowest level. There was no internet connection, no TV in the room. The bedding was dirty.

Nothing.

The room was okay, but the service was awful. We arrived a bit earlier and they told us they could provide us another room, which was ready at that moment. Thus, when we checked in, the room hadn't been cleaned up after the previous guest and the bed sheets hadn't been changed. But what was the most awful thing - there was p**p inside the toilet and its smell was spread all over the room. We were waiting for another 40 minutes (after 12h trip) while they were making it all up after we asked them to do it for 2 times. The balcony door was damaged and we could enter the balcony only on the 3rd day of our stay there, thus they promised to fix it within several hours. The breakfast was in totally different building, the assortment was quite poor. In addition - the location is awful, there are huge construction works right in front of the hotel. In several words - highly NOT recommended to stay here.
