The receptionists were really helpful. The room and everything inside the room was clean and new. The elevators were working great. Nearby supermarkets were good and convenient.

There was no safe box in the room.

Design of the room was really good

The experience did not meet expectations, primarily due to the insufficient level of service: There was no internet or TV in the rooms, and the issue was not resolved even after reporting it to the reception. The room was not clean, including the bedding and floor. There was no telephone in the room. There was no water, coffee, or tea provided in the room. The ventilation system of the building is not properly prepared. The dirty air of the restaurant spreads throughout the building
