I love staying at the KD Best parts— the rooms, breakfast. The morning breakfast staff, the pool, the location What you can improve—bath tub slippery, light switches in the room are confusing, tv did not work, the attitude of the guy in charge of the outside porch restaurant. I’ve encountered him twice, and both times were not good

חוויה יוצאת מן הכלל!! המלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד, נקי, מטופח ומשרה אווירה יוקרתית ונעימה. רמת השירות הייתה מעל ומעבר. הצוות אדיב, מקצועי וזמין לכל דבר. ניכר שבאמת אכפת להם מהאורחים מכל הלב. הבריכה מאוד נעימה, נקיה, בטמפרטורה הנכונה, מלא מיטות שיזוף וצוות שדאג ללוות אותנו ולוודא שאכן מצאנו מקום. חשוב לי במיוחד לפרגן לסטפני, מנהלת קשרי הלקוחות, שהייתה פשוט מדהימה! עוד לפני ההגעה היא קיבלה את ההערות שרשמנו בעת ההזמנה בבוקינג והתייחסה אליהן ברצינות וביחס אישי וחם. זה ממש מורגש כשהמלון שם דגש על כל פרט קטן כדי שהאורחים ירגישו בנוח. ממליצים בחום ונשמח לחזור שוב בעתיד!

חשוב לשים לב שהחניה במלון קטנה מאוד ובתשלום נוסף- לנו לא נמצא מקום ולכן נאלצנו לחנות בחניון סמוך (80 ₪ ליום), מרחק כמה דקות הליכה.

"Overall very good."

We had a lovely time at the hotel. The hotel staff we all very friendly. Especially the concierge Jeremy Wiess who was very helpful throughout our stay. There were more than a few occasions where we asked staff for things and it simply didnt come. The staff needs to be reminded several times for something to happen.
