I loved its proximity to nearby bars and clubs, but the bar directly across the street (and its noisy patrons) were a little bit of nuisance our first night there.

The unit was modern and close to many amenities. Walking distance to restaurants and cafe's.

Not great. Lots of small annoyances such as total lack of shelf or drawer space, bedside lamps that could not be operated from the bed, balcony with room to sit but no chairs, lack of sufficient hooks in bathroom for towels, inadequate supply of body wash, and uncomfortable sofa in the living room.

We love our room! We wish the area around was a little safer

Great beds and bedrooms. White noise machines in each room was a nice perk. Across the street from 2 retro arcade/pinball places, a hip speakeasy, & a top rated hot chicken food truck (spicy!). Also, a quick walk to some cool places to eat. Less than 10 min to drive everywhere we wanted to get to, including Broadway. Although we were sceptical on availability of free street parking, we found a spot in front of oir place nearly every time, day or night (and that was during Spring Break). My suggestions to improve future guests' experience would be: ● Put the king bed in the room with the master bathroom, and the queen in the other room with the smaller bathroom. ● Increase the hot water capacity bc there wasn't enough hot water for 2 people to shower 1 after the other. There was a total of maybe 30 min of hot water before it went luke warm.

We had a wonderful experience here although the weather was bad. We ran across the street to the arcade and grabbed a couple slices of pizza and a beer for good measure. Nice spot! Would come back!

Have a lot of everything to do right around property!!

The process was seamless- the unit was spotless snd well appointed- not one complaint

Very nice studio apartment with kitchen and bath with shower. Also had covered parking which was a huge benefit given the weather - cold and snow.
