The Eighteen by Kasa

The two bedroom is as pictured…brand new. The bed was very comfortable. Convenient location and they offered parking. The customer service was outstanding! Top notch team. Very responsive and respectful.

The apart-tel was beautiful and clean! We loved neighbor hood and the overall vibe. It was easy to access everything and the communication was top notch with the management we would definitely stay again!

The Eighteen was amazing. My husband and I spent a long weekend in Nashville and really enjoyed being able to come back to a comfortable and well designed apartment. The building is new, the decor is lovely, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the location was also fantastic. Highly recommend for a trip to Nashville.

Property was excellent. Some notes. Parking area was small and the posted "No Firearms" sign was a little off putting considering we were there for a firearms related event.

This is a super cute, modern apartment, only a few minutes from downtown. We didn’t have any issues with arriving or parking. It’s very easy to find (helpful for us and the Uber drivers). This apartment is very clean and felt like our own home for the weekend!

This was a great place and very new. I had kids with me and no idea my room was across from a bar with outdoor music every night. I wish they'd told me. We had issues with the codes working to get in but they fixed it quickly. Overall the aparthotel was modern, new and a little easy to get to and from the stadium (we were there for a concert) AND when our airline left us and 45 other Swifties behind they let us stay another night.

Nice and new ... wish there was a supermarket closer, but the area will grow I suppose. Nice part of town with good resturants ! Will be back
