Everything was great, not as noisy as I thought from reading other reviews although walls *are* thin, stayed for a week and loved it

With no reviews on Trip Advisor I cancelled but then rebooked my room because for the price and location I decided to take a chance. There are reviews on Expedia and Hotels.com I booked through Hotels.com. My Review I'm always going to be real. This was my first time staying at Kasa. It is a great location and close to downtown Atlanta. You are a close Uber ride away from Grocery stores and things of convenience. This was all great. The appliances are modern and they supply laundry pods. Amazing!!! What was not so good for me were a few things. 1. The noise level, you can literally hear everything upstairs and that's okay the heavy footsteps etc. in the daytime, but after 9pm it's rough the footsteps, the people upstairs having sex every creak of the bed the loud moans... was excruciating for me. 2. If your unit has windows that face the outdoor parking at approximately 10:30pm the lights come on and they are bright, so my unit was only dark from about 9pm til the parking lights come on... and then my place was as bright as a late afternoon. There are blinds but I did write to them and message them to say they need black out blinds like hotels have. I was not able to sleep because of this, and Kasa folks told me to buy an eye mask... I wasn't going to do that. I suffered through the noise upstairs and the bright lights, so I did not have a peaceful sleep. The other thing if you have a disability it is not accessible the front entrance stairs are very steep. Back to the good. It is so clean and bright. If you are good at texting you can follow the directions well and having everything you need and a washer and dryer was pretty awesome. That plus the rooms look identical to the photos...

Great place to stay for extended trips while still be in the city. Some more signage outside would have made checking in a bit easier. Walkways around building could use a re-pavement and the property could be a lot more accessible to guest with disabilities. Will definitely be back if I'm in the Atlanta area!

Had everything I needed. Well located. Curtains did not close very well so privacy was a concern.

All was good but I am wondering about certain devices put everywhere in the unit and they looked like hidden cameras. Which I was very uncomfortable with.

I’ve stayed here a few times and each time it’s be awesome. Love the full kitchen, laundry, and cleanliness. Always a wonderful stay!

The overall property was nice but i think everyone should definitely be aware that there is a camera in the bedroom facing the bed. I was disgusted the rest of my stay there and i never booked any of their properties again. I thought to myself why was there a vent facing the bed when the AC vent was already on the left of the bed? So i did the camera check when you put on your flash while recording and it reflects. Yeah that happened and i was mortified.. There is no reason why there should be a freaking camera in the bed room FACING THE FREAKING BED.
