Kasa Studio Revival Atlanta

On my scheduled arrival date, while still traveling to Atlanta, I received a text saying I would potentially not have water plus would need to provide maintenance staff access to my room starting at 8AM. I was getting in very late and didn't want to worry about not being able to shower or have someone in my room while I still would be trying to get some much needed sleep. They refused to accommodate or refund and I had to spend hours on the phone with Orbitz to get the reservation canceled. I then didn't have time to look for new accommodations before getting on my plane. Was a super stressful thing to be thrown my way before even arriving. Would never book with Kasa again.

Loved everything about our stay. Definitely will recommend this cute place for anyone looking to stay in the Atlanta area

We enjoyed our stay at Kasa! Great communication, seamless check-in/out process, and the apartment was clean and looked like the posted pictures.

It was amazing would stay again

Everything was great except for the parking! We couldn’t get parking next to the Kasa for any of the days of our stay, so we had to park a 10-15 minute walk away and pay for expensive parking.

The place was very nice and clean. Way better than an actual hotel. The place had all the normal amenities like your home would have. Definitely would come back

The property was well designed and centrally located. The was a glitz in the reservation dates and they refused to change without losing our payment completely. Thanks to Expedia for working it out for us.
