Kasa Rino Denver

Having previously stayed at Kasa Union Station, I was greatly disappointed to find that the Kasa RiNo location lacked everything that made Kasa Union Station comfortable, sophisticated, inviting, and enjoyable. The difference is both shocking and inexcusable. In comparison, Kasa RiNo feels cheap, industrial, sparsely and impersonally furnished, rather worn, and not very clean. On top of that, the street closure makes access a hassle, there's a massive construction site surrounding the entire property making an uninviting neighbourhood even trashier, and there's practically no parking available onsite or nearby. To make matters worse, I was charged $25 for an extra hour before checkout in the morning. Shouldn't such one hour extension of checkout be complimentary considering the price paid for a 5-day stay? Disappointing, to say the least. Stay away from this Kasa location if possible.

The best part of the property was the gym and the little business center/coffee area. The Basic, serviceable apartments that reminded me of a college apartment facility. They were decently clean and had the basics supplies covered—laundry pods, trash bags, paper towels.

The location is not great. The construction makes it practically inaccessible by car and we no onsite parking, it makes the parking a real hassle. Even though it is kinda close to stuff, between the railroads and the river is takes a good 30 minutes to walk *anywhere*, coffee shops and restaurants included. There’s a facility for unhoused people a block over and it doesn’t feel super safe walking around. The service team is basically just AI. You never really talk to or message a real person so you just get these auto-generated impersonal messages that finished the experience and generally weren’t helpful. The window shades are sheer and the exterior safety lights would shine right into my room which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I’m not usually a light sleeper but the lack of curtains and the bright lights really impacted my sleep quality.

The construction going on around the whole property was a mess to find the place. In and out was little of a pain but that I am sure can not be helped.

Nice place - just a lot of construction outside and noise and its inconvenient for cars, parking etc…

The construction was obtrusive but when complete, it will be a great, walkable location for the RiNO area and downtown Denver.

The apartment unit was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Management is thorough and thoughtful. I wish we would have booked Kasa for the entirety of our Denver visit. I will certainly look into Kasa locations for future travel.

Kasa Rino was a great place to stay, we enjoyed the lovely 3 bdrm condo. Getting into the condo was easy.Vitual concierge prompt at answering any questions. The space was clean modern and comfortable allowing my famiky to have our own rooms with comfortable beds all around. We found it walkable to union stn, bus lines and easy to get uber. We would love to stay here again.

The hotel/apartment is amazing and close to everything by car. The room is spotless, very comfortable, a lot of amenities and even oil, salt and pepper were there... area surrounding it has a shelter and while i didnt see or know about anything dangerous, i was a bit scared to walk around the area. Also, parking is there in the dirt road, parking is limited and first cone first serve...overall a very nice spacious hotel and i highly recommend it
