We liked the location and the amenities of the building.

We didn't like the quality of the bedding or furniture. It was stocked with the cheapest mattress, bedding and pillows on the market. The mattress and pillows had been sprayed with smelly febreeze instead of covered with washable pillow liners or mattress covers.

The unit was very clean upon check-in and was easy to get into. The staff was very quick with their replies and available to help whenever we needed them.

The unit itself was modern, spacious, and conveniently located, with a comfortable layout. Check-in was straightforward, and the building felt safe. However, this does not make up for the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and coordinated support.

My stay was unfortunately disappointing due to several unresolved issues. The first unit had dirty linens, so I was moved to another room. In the new unit, the TV only had sound but no visuals — despite multiple requests throughout the stay, it was never fixed. There was also a dirty towel in the room. Communication between teams was confusing and repetitive, with different agents asking for the same details multiple times. I also requested to speak with an on-site manager several times, but no one was ever available. Because of these issues, I was unable to make proper use of the advertised facilities, and much of my time was spent trying to get basic problems resolved. I was eventually offered a small ($50) goodwill refund, which does not reflect the level of inconvenience or service failure.

Place was clean but there was no hot water in the bathroom sink an very limited toilet paper an the virtual desk is a joke, parking was a little unclear too but be sides that it’s a ok establishment I’ll come back but for the rite price.

Clean, decorated nicely.

The cleaners were running late, and they didn't text until right before check in. We had to check in an hour later than anticipated. Also, this location is a food desert. No food or drink, not even a liquor store within 1-1/2 miles.

Definitely not for old people not technology savvy. The virtual check in and parking could be challenging. Overall though, the place was great! Close to Coors field. Just as we needed for one night
