Kasa Rino Denver

Phenomenal location for baseball games! Check in was a breeze

DO NOT STAY HERE. The first red flag that I noticed when staying at Kasa Rino was a lack of in-person concierge upon arrival. You speak to a faceless bot who gives you a code 30 mins before arrival. At the end of the stay, I left a pack of smokes on the kitchen counter. The cleaner took a picture of the smokes, sent it to head office and said there was proof that I was smoking in the unit. At no point did I smoke inside the unit, or even on the balcony. I explained this to them, but they still did not return my deposit. Do not trust them.

the apartment was nice, and large, but there was construction at the site, blocking cars from going up to it for first 2 days, and the bed was hard as a rock, other than that it was very nice stay

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the addition of the laundry was great. This area of Denver had many great places that were in walkable distance.

Beautiful property, communication was excellent. Very noisy next to a train yard. Not much options close by for dining. Had to walk for about 20 minutes or take an Uber to get to restaurants.
