Kasa Rino Denver

Really cute and cozy apartment, clean, with everything you need! Leaving off one star because they make garage parking look like it comes with the reservation, only to find they charged another $72 after checkout with no disclaimer and no receipt. Makes me less inclined to choose Kasa again. For this location, the street parking especially in winter is going to be a pain because of all the construction.

The parking alone will drive anyone crazy. I had to park 7 minutes away because it’s “no parking included” . The walls are terribly thin i heard so many arguments.. you can hear simple conversations and hear people just humming next door. Invest in a hotel.. or in a place that is not in an apartment building. This was my second and last time.

Do not stay here. This is a terrible place. The bed was so hard I couldn't even sleep. The train was so loud. I found a broken topo chico bottle shattered all over the fridge. Since there's no front desk there is no one to help you check in. This ace is a joke. I never leave bad reviews but this place was run horribly.

It was clean but the property manager called on my rv because they were under construction and there was absolutely no use where to park not even any street parking because they had it blocked off. I had nowhere to park and they hassled me and even called a tow truck b. So unless I parked two miles away i couldnt fondna spot

Had a nice stay. Friendly and helpful atmosphere. Parking in garage was fine. Detailed checkin instructions were clear and easy to follow. Very clean with well stocked with kitchen items.

The property was very nice. The apt was very nice, clean, quiet. The apt had all the amenities. Reserved parking in the garage was great, as outside parking on the property is very limited. Though, with the construction going on, this gave way to parking on the street. Definitely would stay there again.

There was NO onsite parking, homeless camp right around the corner, next to train tracks and major construction right outside our apartment/ balcony

Directions for access were very well detailed and made check in super easy. The unit was nice but there was no tv in the bedroom which was disappointing. The blinds, while black were completely see through giving very little privacy. One of the lamps in the bedroom was not working

Kasa Rino was a wonderful stay. It was a little confused finding the property but check in was smooth, everything was more than expected honestly.

Lots of dog poop around the property other than that great.
