The beach at walkable distance is the biggest plus. The layout of the hotel is also plus. But there is absolutely no concern on maintenance of the property. Overall I am satisfied.

The room with the king bedroom was nice, clean beds and bedding. Comfortable pull out couch, but floors were very dirty. Knobs were missing on stove, no hangers, no broom. Breakfast is bread, bagels, cream cheese, Pb, jelly, butter, bananas, oranges, juice, cereal, milk. Staff was ok, just dont make them mad. Parking is $20 per day. Pools are decent. Other rentals provide more amenities, same price.

Excellent properties that are well maintained. The one thing that ruined my experience was the awful lady that was guarding the breakfast food. It was in a small room and you could feel the tension when you heard her demeaning hostal tone. The second day I chose to eat at waffle house. The food was terrible but the vibe was great. Dona please get help.
