My family stays at this property often and we absolutely love it

It was absolutely beautiful and clean and the ocean view was perfect

The stayed was good, the hotel is ok. But they need to improve and remodeling the unit. Its needs work.

The only positive about this hotel was its great location just steps from the beach. Unfortunately, everything else fell short. When we checked in, we were surprised to learn there was daily parking fee, which wasn’t mentioned when we booked. The front desk suggested we try finding free street parking nearby but warned it was unlikely since spaces are rarely available. The room itself was disappointing. The pictures online were misleading — our kitchen was worn down and poorly maintained, and the room had a lingering old cigarette smell. We had booked for two twin beds, but when we arrived, there was only one twin bed and a pull-out couch. One of the strangest parts of our stay was when we requested dishes for the kitchen, and the staff sent up a box of dishes along with soap and a sponge — but the dishes appeared dirty, which was quite off-putting. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re solely focused on the beach access. Be aware that the rooms may not match the advertised images, and unexpected fees might catch you off guard.

Great location

It's a great location but pretty dated facilities. FYI - no dishes in the rooms. Not there long enough to warranty requesting from office. Brunch was pretty good.

Quiet and walkable area

This is not a luxury apartment at all. This is a out dated hotel that is over priced. Also ypu are not told that you will need to pay for parking or they will have your car towed and for n 2 days parking was another 40.00. Only had 2 towels and wash cloths in the room and had to pay 20 deposit per towel for the beach towels. Sent dirty dish pack for my family to use and there is no cable at all you will need to have some streaming service of your own to be able for the kids to look at tv. It was very over priced for what was offered.

Property was clean and reception desk was ok, they were busy, so not cheat chat, but helpful and nice. Some areas to improve: - more clarity on where checking is and explanation of one checking for about 20 properties - rooms need repairs, lots of old and broken parts inside - breakfast, no trills, simple food, but for 20 properties there only like 2 hour window to eat and almost nowhere to sit. PS I choose this hotel because of its price and was aware of conditions described above, so everything is expensive there and you get what you paid for. Would I stay there again, if price is right yes, but if I do not care about nice walkable location to the beach and bars/restaurants, I would choose something more updated (without mobile air-condition in each room)
