Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Sonder Onyx in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. Sonder offers guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures guests can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance. Sonder cannot guarantee receipt of mail or packages at this location.Instead, we recommend using a nearby pick-up location.

It took 35 minutes to find parking, verify ID and find the building access, key in PSW etc. Not convenient at all.

I really liked the apartment distribution and decoration, how convenient it is, the kitchen and the location

I believe it is worth mention that despite it is located on a rather nice area, I do not know if it is safe enough to be walking around late at night since I could hear some fights going around at midnight

There was a parking lot next to the property so that was good. Expect to pay $18-23 each day to park. It was so noisy. Not only could you hear your neighbor talking and hear the full conversation but the outside noise made it terrible for sleeping. I wouldn't stay at that location again.

The view of the city from our room was amazing. It's very close to the "Fashion District" which has a ton of great shops, restaurants, and much more. I would definitely stay here again.

"Onyx Sonder Philadelphia PA-Business trip"

Loved this Sonder. Everything was new and upgraded. Very clean. The entrance is a little sketchy at first because its in an alley next to the entrance of a parking structure.
