The Neighborhood Hotel-Little Italy

We loved the neighborhood! The people in the area are so nice and it’s conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores and more! We got the room with the balcony and it felt like home.

This hotel is fantastic! My “room” was a full one bedroom apartment, with a super comfortable bed, a washing machine, a very nice bathroom, and a full kitchen. It’s designed to make you feel immediately at home, and it really achieves it. It was clean and in a fantastic area. I was there only for one night but I wish I stayed more, the price was also very reasonable compared to the area. The reason why I gave 4 stars is that you must do a facial recognition scan to check-in. This is an enormous cyber security and privacy risk. I understand the need to check identities, but there are safer ways to do so, and they don’t provide much explanation on how the personal data is used, stored, etc. For this reason alone I would be hesitant to go back, even though the place is great. They lack the support of a traditional hotel though, so you should take it more as an apartment rental.

The hotel was spacious and the views of Little Italy and the Chicago skyline were great! The area was nice and could walk to a lot of Little Italy restaurants. We had a great stay!

The place was perfect, great location, clean, and felt like an apartment home rather than just a hotel. Location was convenient and public transportation is so good in Chicago. I love that the place was in a neighborhood and had all the comforts of home. And the communication with their team was really effective and timely. I will be back.

The property is a lovely choice to stay while paying a visit in Chicago. Its apartment style and self-check-in made my stay convenient and safe. The kitchen, bathroom and other amenities in the unit are stylish and convenient to use. Communication with its staff is through email. They respond timely.

Spacious apartment with great views and good location. Tous Les jours bakery and Taco bell right downstairs, along with plenty of other dining options nearby. Would highly recommend.

Very good modern property next to a large park and near a freeway. Parking is on nearby streets; not bad but not great. They are turning off the water for 7 hours one day to make repairs. Communication is very good. Would stay here again.
