Other than the soft keypad on the front door, we had a great stay. But the keypad really caused us some frustration—it just didn’t work. Finally another guest helped me access the virtual key from my phone and things got better! I spoke multiple times to agents via the app and text—but they didn’t know how to solve the access issue. The app appears to be useless. Location for this property is great. A couple of blocks to walk to the airport and Union Station train. Lots of fun places to eat and drink on Larimer Street—but no grocery nearby which kind of sucks since the room is equipped for a long stay.

It was ok in general. Good size, and good amenities for the time of my stay.

We had one issue with the building entrance door pin lock. Some numbers were not working. Also, a minor inconvenience is that parking is directly on the street.

The apartment was clean and smelled good when I arrived. It was very quiet and had everything I needed to have a good stay. A grocery store (Natural Grocers) is accessible by foot (15-20 min walk), and so are a few coffee shops with wifi. I came for a concert that took place at the Mission Ballroom. I went there by foot too (20 min walk), and felt safe coming back alone (I am woman). Access to the building and to the apartment was easy, especially if one has downloaded the Sonder app. Overall, it was a great stay. I highly recommend this property.

The location was great. The property was not, they only had three towels and one hand towel for an apartment that sleeps six! The “essentials” cabinet had nothing in it. The earplugs on all the beds should have been an indicator of what to expect. You could hear all the neighbors, so much noise sleeping was terrible. The whole building smelled like garbage the entire time. The AC/heat worked well so that was nice.. there are way better options in the area for the price we paid.

Everything done electronically, which is convenient though impersonal. Couldn’t check in 15 minutes early. As you are dealing with an electronic lock that is timed to the check in time. (You can pay for an hour early check in, or an hour later check out, but nothing for 15-20 minutes.) Good layout to the room. Super hot, turned off heat but it didn’t help. Needed to open windows which did help though there was a terrible smell in the alley, which forced us to close them pretty quickly. Great location for our needs.

This was my first time staying at this type of establishment. It felt more like an apartment versus a hotel which was very nice. The area this particular place is situated can get very loud at night. They do supply you with earplugs and a white noise machine. Overall a cool experience.

We loved the area and vibe of the neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was great minus the VERY limited parking.

The flat was perfect, super clean, and in an amazing spot! Tons of restaurants nearby, and I loved Denver Market, just a 10-minute walk away. The street felt safe, even at night. Free street parking, and I always found a space. I'll definitely stay there again next year.

Shower, too weak, but not a deal breaker.
