USGreat location
The door code didn't work when I arrived but was fixed quickly after getting support on the phone. On the last day there wasn't any hot water in shower and the shower had very little water pressure.
USWe decided to laundry late at night and the dryer wasn't working. I used the option in the app to speak with someone and we had someone come fix the dryer within 10 min!

The property was great but our last evening the water was cold everyone showered with cold water.

Nice location, food spots all around. Close to the Missom Ballroom which was perfect for us.
Very safe, beautiful view, good directions on access to the property. Beautiful inside and very modern. The TV’s connection to the internet had to be updated but it did not take long for the nice, young woman came to fix it. We had to compete with neighborhood parking to grab a parking spot, but luckily nabbed a close one. Kids were able to ride e-scooters and e-bikes for about 2 miles away from the property and back-having lots of fun-going to a concert and then the 16th Street mall.

Great location very near a station on the train line that goes to the airport, which made it super easy to get around. The area has lots of bars and cafes so there was lots to do in the evenings. The apartment was super clean and had everything I needed. I always appreciate a well equipped kitchen with a proper kettle. Very comfy bed.
