There was no shower curtain, so the bathroom floor got super wet. Also the shower spray was more of a trickle.

Elevator broke halfway thru our stay

The property is in a fantastic location in the RiNo district of Denver and is an easy walk from the 38th and Blake train station. The neighborhood is vibrant - filled with restaurants and bars as well as wonderful independently-owned shops. Our apartment featured two bedrooms with a large bathroom, as well as a cozy living area with a pull-out sofa.

It was walking distance to a lot of stuff and easy to get into, nice small kitchenette and laundry in unit.

The rooms are set up weird with not a lot of space and layout doesn’t really make sense. The staff couldn’t be more useless if they tried. I reached out before asking if there were steps to get inside and if so I’d have to book a second place for my handicapped friend - they said yes, but they were wrong. There are no stairs and I wasted $300 to get him a special separate hotel. Upon arrival, they overcharged me for an extra night, they charged me for a late checkout while I was still there and hadn’t even checked out, they didn’t answer or follow up when I asked for help. They say there is an “essentials closet” if you need anything but all it has is a couple towels and coffee and toilet paper. It is advertised as having 3 beds but there were no blankets or pillows for the pull out couch. When you contact their 24-7 help text they say they’ll help ASAP then they change their mind and say they’re not available. They also tell you there are people working there during the day but I spent 3 days there and didn’t see another soul and nobody ever came by to help. There’s also a homeless person who sleeps by the back door and had a full Camp set up so you can’t get out or in. And, they advertise free parking right in front and on the first night my car got broken into overnight while parked right in front of my room.
