USUSThis was a very bad experience booking with a Sonder property via Booking.com. I booked en route to Denver from Colorado Springs. Upon arrival, I checked my emails regarding check-in but saw there was a message stating that my payment didn't go through. (I had been using the same card with booking.com for the past six properties on my Colorado trip, so there was nothing wrong with the card.) I contacted Sonder about the reservation and they said the payment didn't go through but someone else had booked within the last 15-20 minutes so it now wasn't available. The representative tried to connect me to another property nearby but, magically, they were all much more expensive. I ended up booking elsewhere with Booking.com. This almost seemed like a bait-and-switch tactic by Sonder and it was all very disappointing.
