I loved the location along with the cleanliness and the comfortable cozy apartment.

I would’ve preferred a ceiling light for the bedrooms and maybe some cushions for the couch bc it was kind of uncomfortable to sit on for a long period of time.

This was a wonderful space for our family, and we were impressed with the quick text responses to our questions! Unfortunately, the parking was quite difficult and we had to park (as well as did others) in a no parking zone, or Uber to our car. We were also surprised that we could not have an hour late check out (I had a conference call ending right as check out was required), and were told to sign up for the app to pay the late fee. We ended up just throwing stuff in suitcases and getting out on time. Not the ending to our wonderful stay that I had hoped for!

This was a great location in LoHi, close to lots of my favorite restaurants and a beautiful neighborhood; very walkable, easy parking, simple check-in and entry instructions. Quick support when needed! It was everything we needed.

It was straight forward, the price was reasonable, it was nice to have privacy when staying with a friend rather than just sharing a hotel room, it was nice to not have to deal with staff, the neighborhood was awesome, the views were amazing since you could see snow capped mountains, very safe location right in the middle of everything. It's not a resort, but it's clean and perfect if you want a cozy, basic place to stay that's comfortable and decent.

No complaints really. Maybe you could upgrade the furniture or something but it was overall just perfect.

The check in process was incredibly invasive with a requirement for a facial scan. If I had any alternative which I did not since you already charged me for the room I would have refused. You should not do business with a property that requires the guests image to be captured in 3 D for what use -unknown. It might be illegal to require this. I will never stay at one of their properties again and will do everything I can to keep others from making the same mistake I did.
