Timber Ridge Lodge - Walking Distance from Downtown Gatlinburg

Shower was broken. Pillows were more lump than soft. Had to call a phone number to check in. Original room was already occupied, had to be reassigned a new room at check in (standing outside in the rain). Had no prior indication that anything i experienced would even remotely be a possibility.

I like that it is clean. You can tell it's an older facility but the beds are comfortable and they have prettied the place up.

When we got to our room there was a TV but it didn't work at all. We didn't have a coffee maker. The ice machine on the facility didnt work so no ice.The next day the facility Mgr. got us a TV and a coffee maker.

Great location and close by the strip for a very good price.

It’s not all stylish but really worth it to be close and good parking. Most people look at the other hotels for amenities but if you stay in Gatlinburg you’re going to enjoy the strip.

Lighting not good, bulbs out or not working. No working vent in bathroom. Refrigerator needed to be cleaned. Coffee pot needed to be cleaned. Water pressure could be better. Seating in room could be better.

Place was gross. Had bed bugs and cockroaches. Ended up checking into a different hotel.

This is close to towns and all the attractions , but places run down and falling apart , and there were ants

Room 110 had bedbugs so they moved us to a different room the heat kept going on n off not really heating the room and kept knocking the TV kept digitalising so really couldn't watch a whole lot no vending machines well let me rephrase that there were vending machines but everyone of them was broken ice machine was broken also room had ants in the bathroom they also didnt clean the room while we was away for the day either they have Keurig coffee machine in room but no coffee pods to put in it and no pot to use the other side they boast about you can drink coffee like your at home but no way to drink coffee without pods not much sugar and creamer either bath rags were stained up also I wouldn't recommend anyone else staying here until they get rid of bed bugs and ants and fix everything else thats wrong.
