CozySuites Music Row

Had a wonderful stay while I was here for a work trip. It's very close to plenty of food and entertainment options. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

The accommodation was okay and comfortable enough. Unfortunately, I spent several hours trying to sort out issues that CozySuites had with my ID. The strangest part being that they said my name didn't match the name of the payment card. Well yes, my payment card has my initials and surname which is very common, no? I was fairly annoyed when CozySuites advised they wouldn't be able to refund me if THEY didn't accept the card as is. The property was okay, although the bathroom mirror and towel rail were broken and just left on the floor. Cozy offered to fix but I was more annoyed they didn't tell me upfront so I didn't have to phone them again. As I went to leave I was checking through and realised the dishwasher, that I didn't use, was full of really stinky stagnant water. Would I stay here again? I don't think so.

It was a great home away from home.

Beautiful property and it’s in a nice neighborhood.We weren’t able to see any sites due to a winter freeze and snowstorm! I’m puzzled; why there isn’t any snow shovels? Why people don’t shovel? Most of all why Nashville don’t shovel? The streets are terrible with snow and ice covering everything but the highway! What’s wrong with Nashville streets and rod Comission?

We were so impressed with the size of the apartment and the convenience of the parking. If there was a double excellent choice it would be the one I’d attach to this rental! Loved the common outdoor area on Floor 2, just wish tqhe weather had been a bit warmer!

Was great! Place was very nice and clean.

Right in the middle of Music Row, and the staff were always available by text!
