Excellent staff and location

Dusty windows and hard bed.

The atmosphere, the comfortability of the room and bed. Hot shower (after a few days trekking) was heaven. Location is ok, in Thanet but not on a busy street, slightly tucked away

The are was kinda noisy, and from the room we could hear some construction going on outside and even voices screaming from the morning.

Amazing location, very good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, extremely nice and accommodating staff.

Sometimes there were issues with hot water

1)the service from people at reception — very polite, considerable people. 2)the decoration of the hotel is perfect and gives special atmosphere. 3)the room and the bed very-very clean. 4)the breakfast is nice : we took one Nepalese and one English breakfast. both delicious. 5)the recommendation from the owner of the hotel were very useful : we have dinner and lunch at very delicious places «western tandoori & naan house” and “Aambo momo” (pay attention that cafe’s name not “Ambo momo” but “AAmbo momo”, so it’s easy to find it on the map). it’s difficult to find “western tandoori & naan house” because it doesn’t have visible sign but it’s really worth visiting. the place is not good decorated but makes very good food and lassi. 6)perfect location

unfortunately we visited hotel in 30 December and it was windy in the room because of wooden windows. it was impossible to sleep (the window is quite near to the bed). that’s why we cancelled booking for 2 nights more and removed to warm hotel.

Staff are very friendly and nice. Lovely furnitures in the room.

The facility - I loved the room furnitures and designs so much but I needed more space on the sink table.
