This is the most beautiful hotel in Thamel and the main picture of the Cafe does not do justice to the hotel. It’s beautifully decorated in Newari style, while looking very contemporary. Bed was great, shower as well. It’s located in a quiet side road in the middle of Thamel. The best, however, was the staff: from Deepak the manager to the ladies at the reception, at the Cafe, or the doorman. Everyone was incredibly nice and friendly. I stayed there two different occasions within 2 weeks and when I came back, everyone knew my name and it just felt I was coming home really. The tips for restaurants were really great and they even alerted me about the local market on Saturday (not to be missed!)

Had an amazing time, staff is very kind, including a man named Deepak and the reception staff which helped me so much, they were very professional and knowledgeable of the city, they recommended me on how to get around the city making my trip much more smooth. Hotel felt very safe and the area is calm whilst being in a great location. If you’re coming to Kathmandu, I definitely reccomend this place.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like VIPs. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team was incredibly welcoming, offering helpful suggestions for local attractions and dining spots. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had the best night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern, clean, and stocked with high-quality toiletries, which really made the difference. The hotel’s amenities were fantastic as well, and we enjoyed spending time there after a long day of sightseeing. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was a great way to start our day. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was the housekeeping team making sure our room was always tidy or the concierge offering great advice on local experiences, it was clear they genuinely cared about providing top-notch service. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great and hassle-free experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel is nicely decorated and everything was spotless.

From the moment we arrived Kathmandu, we felt pampered. The hotel owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. He personally picked up at airport late at night to make sure the car has enough space for our large luggages and introduced us the city he grew up and how this hotel was reborn! The owner and front desk staff was very receptive, the room is lovely and cozy, have everything you need: comfortable bed, hot shower, heater and hair dryer! We loved the traditional and lovely Tibetan Antique Decor, freshly made-to-order breakfast, coupled with exceptional service and hospitality, made our first day in Nepal truly memorable! We will definitely be back!
