La limpieza pésima, las camas demasiado pequeñas, todo sucio, terminamos limpiando yo , fui a la tienda y busque útiles de limpieza , me sentía fatal .

It was dirty and not worth the money and the rooms was very hot
USUSGreat location…pleasant staff…clean room, did not see one bug! Room was full of towels and toiletries only thing I had an issue with was the room did not stay cool due to the big windows in the bedroom and living room..I recommend keeping all curtains closed to keep out some of the heat and maybe keep that room door closed, so it doesn’t affect the other living spaces. Room did have a floor fan that helped keep us comfortable while we slept! I will return to Willow Bay in the future!
