La Perla Beach Resort, Zanzibar - Your Beachfront Private Haven

It was great especially the food.The burger ,chicken lollipops and the fried calamari. The only problem is the bathroom omg the room we got had a very terrible bathroom and whenever someone would flash the sewerage smell would fill up the place.

We hebben een geweldige ervaring gehad! Manager Jamil heeft er werkelijk alles aan gedaan om met ons mee te denken en het ons naar de zin te maken. Hij heeft ons geholpen bij het organiseren van een safari-activiteit en zelfs gezorgd voor een verjaardagstaart voor de verjaardag van mijn vrouw. Zijn vriendelijkheid en persoonlijke aandacht maakten ons verblijf extra speciaal. Zeker een aanrader!

Everything. The rooms were very cozy. The food was great. The La Perla team was amazing and very kind.

Perfect location and absolutely scenic views. Food was great with the entire staff going out of the way to make you delighted. Liked everything here.

I didn't like it to leave so early. Room wifi could have been better although.

The location was brilliant, right on the amazing beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly... Jamil, Chaz, Cecilia and everyone else there, thank you! And see below about the fantastic food. Highly recommend the seafood pizza or other fish dishes.

A few short power outages were more than made up for by the staff and a wonderful gift of an amazing fish dish for 2, absolutely delicious, plus a tasty homemade vanilla cake. The breakfasts always included superb fresh fruit amongst other items

We spent an amazing 5 days in La Perla and can’t wait to go back soon! The staff was the nicest, always smiling, checking on us regularly to make sure we are fine. The vibe was amazing all the time. The resort is super cute, green and clean at all times! The sunbeds are just on the beach making it really easy to get into the water anytime and it was really relaxing. The room was very beautiful and comfortable. We ate every day at the restaurant where the staff was always in an amazing mood, smiling and the food was great! The staff and management was so caring, they even surprised us on the last day with a birthday celebration. I will definitely come back to La Perla for my next vacation in Zanzibar, even the location and the beach was perfect!

A perfect space with the beach on your doorstep! Lovely pool, comfy rooms and cozy restaurant. The staff went out of their way to help us. The manager Jamil went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff in the restaurant Cecile and the girls were so friendly and eager to help. Perfect getaway to relax and chill! Thank you to everyone at La Perla. We can’t wait to return!
