Absolutely beautiful places to recharge your mind , body, and soul , wake up in the morning Mtn Kilimanjaro right in front of you, and people so nice, and kinds , always want serve you, to make sure you enjoy every moment, food is great farm to table have to have patience wait for food, but is worthy! Definitely recommend to everyone!

Sehr schöne Anlage, neues Zimmer (Z.T. Noch nicht fertig, die Badewanne fehlte noch), ein toller Garten, in dem selbst angebaut wurde und sehr freundliches Personal. Und natürlich der Blick auf den Kilimandscharo - der war traumhaft!

Nichts. Alles war top!

Am avut o experiență minunată la Shose Farmhouse Chalets & Campsite. Camera a fost absolut superbă, cu o vedere spectaculoasă către Kilimanjaro, care ne-a tăiat respirația în fiecare dimineață. Echipa a fost extrem de atentă și ne-a pregătit o cameră special decorată pentru aniversarea noastră – fiecare detaliu a fost gândit cu grijă și bun gust, lucru care ne-a făcut să ne simțim cu adevărat apreciați. Mâncarea de la restaurant a fost foarte bună, iar personalul a fost deosebit de amabil și atent inclusiv la rezervarea mesei, ocupându-se de aranjamentele speciale. Un loc perfect pentru relaxare, romantism și momente memorabile. Recomand cu toată încrederea!

The hotel surroundings are wonderful and the view to Mount Kilimanjaro is just as pictured. Breakfast had great options: fresh fruit, omelettes, pancakes, yoghurt… The room was spacious and pool was refreshing.

Service was very mixed for us, and what didn’t work out well for us was: 1) We had pre-ordered a taxi from the hotel to pick us up from the airport but the taxi didn’t show up and the hotel had to call a new one. We could’ve just taken any taxi from the airport — it would’ve been faster and same price for us. 2) We didn’t get housekeeping for some reason on one day, but we then requested to at least change our towels. After hours of waiting to get 2 towels, we called the reception 4 times within 6 hours to remind about the towels. We finally got them at 9PM. 3) The hotel staff suggested to arrange breakfast boxes for us for our early morning departure, but we received only one box even though it was two of us. Thanks to Benson we got some extra breakfast so we could both enjoy it!

The staff was friendly and kind. The view to Kilimanjaro was nice.

It might have been a coincidence but there were four weddings taking photos at the location, in a very intrusive way. We had to interrupt them several times just to get inside and out of our rooms. The wifi never worked (they said this was also not usual). Additionally, the dinner at the restaurant was not good at all, we ordered a pizze (since they had a wood oven) and were served a frozen pizza of very bad quality. I would sadly not stay here again
