Everyone was kind and helpful.

The WiFi wasn’t working properly, but the workers remedied this and got us a portable wifi to use for our stay.

過去モシ周辺で宿泊したホテルの中でNo.1 ●スタッフ（最高）　フレンドリーでにこやかに対応してくれる。 Farm Tour（無料）も対応してくれる。スタッフのお名前を忘れたが、レセプション、レストラン、アシスタントマネージャーなど皆のホスピタリティが素晴らしかった。 ●眺望（最高） Farmhouseに滞在。ベランダから眺めるキリマンジャロは他ではないレベルのきれいさ。朝、昼、夜、どのタイミングで眺めても良かった。 ●ベッドなど設備も使いやすい。湯沸かし器の電源を見つけられずベッドサイドに運んだ。

特になし、少し待ちから遠いけどBoltで9,000シリング程度。 ディナーで食べたポークは、味がおいしかったが、少し焼きすぎ。 湯沸かし器の電源。 ベランダのバスタブは、開放的過ぎるので、水着持参してください。

Th staff were absolutely fantastic! We stayed there the night before and the night after our ascent to Kilimanjaro. It was fantastic to have a view of it from our room on both of these nights. Benson and Christina from reception (if I recall the name correctly) had planned beautiful room decorations for us as we were there for our honeymoon. Likewise Julius, had prepared an incredible seating decoration for us at the restaurant for our honeymoon. We had a small issue with the air conditioner and Benson contacted maintanance quite late in the evening. A lovely engineer came and fixed the issue very efficiently. Overall all the staff that we encountered was fantastic.

The property had some things that required fixing such as the balcony window was cracked. There is a very long menu and we only tried a few food items at the restaurant, but they could be improved.

We will never forget this extraordinary, beautiful hotel. It is beyond 5 star amazing facilities, wonderful staff, beautiful room where everything is brand new and top notch! And views to Kilimanjaro - best ever!! You will not see it better from anywhere else (the mountain appears only in morning until 8:30approx and again at sunset). We were shocked when we opened our eyes and the mountain was staring at us, you see it so majestically already from bed. They are constantly making the place impeccable, the landscape, garden, everything is perfect. The staff is beyond wonderful, everyone goes above and beyond. They surprised us so many times. They were singing a wonderful song that we are still singing every day during the rest of our trip. The food is amazing! You will be lucky if this place is available for your trip.

We had a fantastic time at Shose Farmhouse Chalets & Campsite. Adeline, Angel, Mike, Benson, Ismael, Marry and the whole team looked after us so well and made my birthday really special. We loved Benson's Swahili lessons and Ismael's card games! The view of Mount Kilimanjaro was amazing and it was so nice to come back to Shose and relax after we had finished our climb. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
