Beautiful architecture, light, calming, lovely atmosphere.

Lots of stairs which is problematic for the elderly. Needs more attention to housekeeping (stains on linen, milk off, fraying towels). Lack of variety in menu and quality by 3rd night.

Everything! The staff was most welcoming, the interior amazing, the location perfect for anything you wish to do in stone town, the food and cocktails where out of this world, extremely comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful, the music and ambiance. Everything so thoughtful. Would definitely recommend and come back!

The property is beautiful, clean with very good service and food. The staff were very friendly and attended to me promptly. They were very helpful when I wanted to change my room because of the sound of the generator. I also liked the decorations they did for my birthday and the daily snacks they left in my room. I also appreciate the early checkin which was much needed after a long flight. Breakfast was nice, everything I tried was good and they have great coffee. Definitely recommended and would be back again.

The initial room was next to the generator but they quickly moved me to a quieter room. The rooms had no view but this is expected as it was in stone town but this was not a big issue for me
