There’s no pool / gym in the property

אהבנו מאוד את המלון, העיצוב מקסים וצוות המלון נחמדים מאוד. קרוב למספר אתרים בסטון טאון במרחק הליכה קצר. חגגנו את ירח הדבש שלנו, המלון פינק אותנו במתנות, עוגה ואירגן לנו סידור מיטה נחמד. המקום שומר על רמת ניקיון גבוהה מאוד .

1. אין מעלית במלון (לנו לא הפריע אבל חשוב לציין). 2. הרעש בחדר מהרחוב מפריע נורא והוילונות לא אטומים מספיק לאור. אם לא היינו מביאים אטמי אוזניים וכיסויי עיניים לא היינו מצליחים לישון כמו שצריך. 3. למלון אין שלט שמכוון אליו, הוא בסימטה קטנה … אותנו רימו שני מקומיים בטענה שהם עובדי המלון ולקחו אותנו לשם ודרשו גם תשלום. חוויה לא נעימה בפני עצמה, המלון לא היה ערוך לקבלה שלנו למרות ששלחנו מתי אנחנו צפויים להגיע. 4. בחדר שלנו השירותים והמקלחת באותו חלל בלי דלת, ככה שזה קצת לא נעים אבל הסתדרנו. 5. אין שום דבר נגד יתושים/מעופפים אחרים בגג הפתוח . לנו בערב השני זה היה נורא קשה, המעופפים נכנסו לנו לצלחות ולשתייה וזה קצת ביאס.

The hotel’s décor is very tasteful, with comfortable spaces and a spacious, cozy room (the complimentary coffee in the room was delightful). The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment of booking until check-out, showing great care and attention, especially on special occasions. Everything was spotlessly clean, both in the room and in the common areas. The location is perfect for exploring the charming narrow streets of Stone Town. The Wi-Fi was also very good. Although it’s a bit above our usual budget, after a long trip and a late arrival, it was the perfect place to rest and recover before enjoying the rest of our journey.

During the day and early in the morning, there was quite a lot of noise from hotel machinery. The bed in Room 4 faces that area, so we needed earplugs at those times. The complimentary breakfast could also be improved by including some local products, particularly local bread. The room had excellent coffee, but unfortunately, it wasn’t included in the breakfast. We don’t usually eat much in the morning, but it would be nice if the same quality coffee were served at breakfast and if a few regional options were added.
