Sehr nette und kompetente Rezeptionistin.

Seitens unserem Betreuer, unnötige althergebrachte unpersönliche sogenannte Freundlichkeitsfloskeln im Überfluss und wenn eine klitzekleine Frage auftaucht, kein Plan und Hilflosigkeit. Und wenn man nach 21.00 ins Hotel zurückkehrt, steht man ne ganze Weile vor verschlossener Tür, bis einem ein verschlafener Nachtwächter das Tor öffnet.
