The staff. Especially Claudia

Room number 1 is literally in the lobby! As a result you hear every move and every voice all night long. This interfered with my sleep and was very upsetting. I asked for another room but was unavailable. I told the staff that they should try spending a night there. It was unbelievably noisy.

Amazing. Just outside historic district which was walkable within 10 minutes. We were welcomed like the most valued guests ever. The staff called to see if taxi could pick us up at the train station! Suites reslly. Outstanding breakfast where Fabbiana took great carevof us. Fresh cappucino, fruits, breads & eggs to order! Rooftop hot tub was lovely. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone teaveling to Lecce. New hotel inside of an old facade
