The hotel is modern, with all the comforts, with a particular focus into sustainability which nowadays is very appreciated. Restaurant Parallel, inside the hotel, is delicious. I was assisted by Kevin who was super professional recommending the best food. Long story short, it's an experience to repeat!

This brand new, one year old hotel has a phenomenal roof top restaurant that is a shining star of Ecuadorian and continental cuisine. Our server, Christian was super attentive and helpful. The goat stew was exquisite, as were the dumplings. The Cotopaxi desert was amazing and perfect for a group of seven to share. Loved the city lights, terrace, and ambiance of the restaurant. Sure to have a grand time if you chose to go.
