La habitación es muy comoda

Pésima atención del personal.

Quarto bonito, espaçoso e com excelente vista. Restaurante ótimo. Boa localização.

Quarto conjugado com acústica ruim. Duas primeiras noites com sono extremamente prejudicado em razão do barulho das pessoas do quarto ao lado. Recusa de solicitação de alteração de quarto pelo recepcionista noturno da primeira noite, que se limitou a dizer que primeiro teriam que verificar (como se o barulho fosse fruto apenas da minha cabeça) e a pedir para os vizinhos diminuírem o barulho, acrescentando depois que o hotel estaria cheio.

Delicious food, great place and friendly staff and service, definitely we will come back and try other options. Thank you.

Many visiting Quito might choose to stay in Old Town; I chose the financial district for two reasons: 1-safe area for tourists and 2-I knew I’d be visiting the historic district and would not miss out, The modern feel of the hotel, impeccable service, and mountain views from the room made this a perfect location to unwind after a day of exploration. The welcome drink, nearby park, and the room’s eco-friendly operation of auto shades and lighting options were nice touches.

What a great hotel! I was here with a travel group and was impressed with hotel stay. The variety at the breakfast buffet for sure had something for everyone. Plus, it was cool to try some fruits I had never had before. The views were so nice too (saw paragliders in the middle of the city). The pool/sauna area made me very happy also. I ended up getting a massage at the spa area and it was excellent (Emma you rock). It was always very easy to have any of my questions answered at the registration desk. Plus, who doesn't appreciate a welcome drink (pisco sour for me) . I would very much stay here again, thanks for a great stay.

Dejligt hotel med skøn tagterrasse og super lækkert og delikat morgenmad. Værelserne har en god størrelse og med store senge.

Området er lidt kedeligt og kræver med kører til de fleste seværdigheder. Restauranten er om aftenen lidt upersonligt og vi var uheldig med et par af retterne

Honestly, I feel like we were ripped off $15 for a laundry bag that was in the room. Nowhere did they explain that it wasn’t complimentary, like in any hotel in the world, or at least they should have placed a price list so we’d know what to expect. Very poor.

Lets get this irritation off my chest first, this hotel charges $50 US for early check in - even when there are rooms available. They have no problem in leaving you to sit in the lobby for almost 2 hours until their magical check in hour arrives. We arrived from La Selva Amazon resort by plane in the early afternoon. The next day we would take off with our guide for our Andean car trip. Royal Galapagos booked the hotel, and given that it was already 12:30 PM, our driver believed that there would be no problem in our checking in a bit earlier than their usual time of 2:30 - 3:00 PM. Unfortunately there was, and it would cost us $50 US to resolve it. The irony of waiting for a room to be made ready, when if we paid $50 US a room would be immediately available seemed to elude the officious front counter staff. When we were finally permitted in our room and after asking for an upper floor, of course, they gave us a lower floor with little view! Fine we're only there one night. For potable water there was one reusable bottle in the room with instructions to fill it at the end of the hall if you wanted more drinkable water. If you stole the bottle (really?!) there was warning they would charge you $20 US. There was a fridge (but no warning if you were thinking of stealing it) but disconnected somewhere behind the dresser. So no ice, of course. Interestingly, our check out the next morning could only be completed once someone checked the room - presumably to see if you stole that water bottle! The few positives: very friendly service staff on the floor who helped decipher the unnececessary myriad of switches that controlled the lighting. The room was sparce but large and clean and modern. Lots of lighting. Breakfast was on the top floor and was abundant with a great view of that section of Quito. There were also a number of great restaurants in the neighbourhood which our driver had recommended. Basically this is a special events or convention hotel, a long distance from old Quito. The restaurant room view notwithstanding, I would not return.

I really love to spend my girlfriends birthday close to her family and the beautiful atmosphere I will to come back to live nice memories
